Besides my passion for acting I have a love for animals, particularly dogs and horses, of which I own both.  Since the age of 14, I’ve owned my own sled dog kennel Artictrail. I’ve taken part in many dog shows with my huskies including Crufts where, in 2020, I achieved 3rd place with one of my home bred dogs. The following year I came 2nd place again with a dog from the bloodline I’ve produced and raised. Then most recently I got a first place with Best Male Junior Siberian Husky in the Breed. I have also combined my love for dogs and TV when along with my family I filmed for a special episode of the Yorkshire Vet
I also love mushing, which means working my dogs in harness on a dryland rig.
When I am not with my dogs or acting, you will find me with my two gypsy cobs and donkey.
I also love to spend time reading and writing, scriptwriting in particular. I also love to write poems. Both seem to come very naturally to me. I also enjoy Yoga, as it helps me to de-stress, as does walking.
Attending charity events and raising money for charity are another passion of mine. I get a lot of pleasure out of both.
